Practice
The Perspective Practice was created from the belief that meaningful and impactful decisions start with perspective - seeing people, teams and systems more clearly.
I take an intentionally vendor-neutral, evidence-based and equity-minded approach, selecting the best approach, tool or framework for the person, team or organisational challenge in front of me.
Through coaching, facilitation and program design, I support individuals and organisations to enhance insight, shift perspective and create more meaningful, sustainable outcomes.
I am especially passionate about working with leaders (including those without formal authority) because leaders cast long shadows: the way they think, decide and behave shapes the experience, wellbeing and potential of many others.
